Objectives

Our objectives are to become a member of your local affiliate of Feeding America, the nation’s food bank network. As a member we will be able to access donated food and groceries, as well purchased food and groceries.

We also want to participate in The Federal Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) that helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans by providing emergency food at no cost.

Additional objectives are:

• provide table and chairs for a family friendly environment.
• count the number of meals served. This will be good information for recruiting volunteers, ordering supplies and for marketing purposes.
• help patrons improve their self-esteem and self-confidence.
• provide programs to improve the quality of life of patrons
